EKONOGAGE PLUG GAGE FEATURES

Made from oil hardening tool steel heat treated to a hardness of RC 60-63.	Each gage is available individually or in libraries made up from combinations of many different sets.
Thousands of measuring sets already sold for infinite precision requirements.	Complete gage handle sets with collets will accept all sizes of plug gages; these are also available separately.
All gages are deep frozen to maintain maximum stability.

Standard Inch plug gages are made from oil hardening tool steel hardened to a RC 60-63 and precision lapped to a super micro finish of 6 micro inches or better.

Each gage .100" or larger is clearly marked with its proper size electro-etched into the surface for easy reference. Constant quality control and the most modern methods of manufacture provide accuracy within 35 millionths of an inch of any specified size. A complete range of sizes is produced from .005" through 1.0005" in .0005" increments with each plug gage size available individually or made up in various sets.

All gages are 2" long, unless ordered special and have rounded edges for ease of checking.

Metric plug gages are made from oil hardening tool steel hardened to a RC 60-63 and precision lapped to a super finish of 2 micro millimeters or better.

Each gage 2.5mm or larger is clearly marked with its proper size electro-etched into the surface for easy reference. Constant quality control and the most modern methods of manufacture provide accuracy within .00089 millimeter of any specified size. A complete range of sizes is produced from .13mm through 25.55mm in .01mm increments, and each size plug gage is available individually or made up into various sets.

All gages are 50mm long, unless ordered special and have rounded edges for ease of checking.
